RENOVATION AND EXPANSION OF YAOUNDE STADIUM


Alcor Equipment carried out the renovation and expansion of Yaoundé Stadium in Cameroon for the 2016 Women’s AFCON and the 2019 Men’s AFCON.

As part of this large-scale operation, Alcor Equipment completed:

  • Installation of 40,000 seats for the general public, officials, VIPs, and media on the existing concrete stands
  • Sectorization of the various stands of the stadium
  • Extension of the stadium by an additional 3,000 seats with removable stands
